Chemtrail Hoax/Chemtrail Nonsense

I seem to get considerable email traffic concerninjg chemtrails. So, I did a little looking around at different agencies about this apparent phenomena.
IT appears we are unable to squelch the Chemtrail Hoax, so I thought I would do some research of my own just to see if I could send it back to the can where it belongs. I don’t know who started it but there is an organization that appears to be behind it and other hoaxes. The company is called ‘Global Skywatch.’ They work on conspiracy theories and phony science. It appears this company with its group of so-called scientists and reporters grab just about any story they can for the sheer joy of sensationalism.
Personally, I have no problem with reporting things that are worthy of consideration, but sensationalism for the sake of notoriety is a little silly and for the gullible, quite scary. This Blog will not intentionally steer the reader in the wrong direction with silly things like Global Warming, or CIA cover-ups–etc, etc…I think the truth is much more exciting than a bunch of lies.
According to scientists around the world, the idea of changing contrails into chemtrails is bogus science. Numerous governments deny vehemently that they are involved in any such testing. According to Global Skywatch there was a release of Barium over some part of Louisianna, but that report turned out to be fraudulent, perhps accidently, but not before the story was picke dup by the nut cases. They now use the erroneous report as gospel to confirm their findings of Chemtrails. Nturally, the United States Government denies any such testing and the EPA calls the chemtrail conspiracy a non-scientific hoax.
The Canadian Governemtn calls it unsubstantiated by science. The FAA, NA&S Administration, NOAA, NASA and a host of other organizations, both here in “America and abroad claim the chemtrail conspiracy is nothing but a hoax. Numerous organizations including the NACA have investigated the fallout from the so-called chemtrails since before 1958 and found no evidnce of any chemicals other than the natural propulsion fuels emitted by the jet engines. I realize this article will not stop the conspiracy theorists from spreading their nonsense but at least I am willing to investigate before I believe their crap. I put chemtrails right up there with YK2 nonsense and Global Warming.
In addition, the chemtrail conspiracy would have to include every government and every scientific organization including hundreds of university research labs. In short, it would have to be a world wide conspiracy. Try not to fall for this nonsense.

Contrails happen when the water vapor from the jets exhaust freezes into an ice cloud. If the temperature is at or below 40 degrees and the relative humidity is at a hundred percent or greater, then the ice cloud will stay frozen, and even act as a nucleus for other ice clouds to form around. This is why sometimes a contrail will spread to form larger clouds. If you have enough aircraft flying and making contrails, and the atmospheric conditions at that altitude are proper for contrail formation and persistence, then you can have the entire sky covered with thin clouds.
There are hundreds of credible sites out there debunking this silly theory. Don’t be fooled by the con artists and don’t be persuaded by the gullible.

And forget the Chemtrail nonsense, it doesnt take a genius to figure out that those contrails are creating clouds, at a minimum. Those contrail turned clouds now gather moisture from the air and start to grow into larger clouds, which then have potential to produce rain. (see any floods lately?)
It should also be noted the fuel used in all those jets is toxic, so if the fuel doesnt burn up 100% it would fall to the ground.
At the minimum whether they know it or not, clouds are being created, which manipulates weather patterns, and who knows what else.
They would be stupid to put chemicals and do actual "chemtrailing" because they would chemtrail themselves eventually.

Chemtrails are NOT contrails. Contrails evaporate, chemtrails spread across the whole sky. I've watched it happening with my own eyes enough times.

When does a conspiracy theory become a conspiracy?
Most people know exactly what contrails are, where they come from and the fact that they can both last a long time and expand into clouds. We've watched them for decades. They ALWAYS begin as thin lines (two or four, jet engine exhaust size lines) and grow. Chemtrails start as wide bands (wingtip to wingtip size). Contrails often crisscross across the skies but they do so at random angles and they appear from different points in the sky depending on their routes. Chemtrails parallel or checkerboard in regular patterns. Unmarked planes (supertankers) with chemical dispersal hardware attached to the wings are known to exist as are their bases of operation. Post-dispersal (chemtrail) air and water samples show elevated levels of aluminum particles (in one report).

If you want to trust scientists who have more expertise than you, you can't pick and choose which of their scientific findings you like better.
You're free to have your own opinions, but facts are facts. Global warming, climate change, call it what you will, is a fact.
And then, there's another, even more inconvenient truth, which can explain the damage that many people attribute to chemtrails. You really don't need a vast conspiracy to explain toxic effects on plants when every time you turn on the lights or your car engine, you are tossing poisonous fumes into the air.
Climate scientists for the most part base their predictions on the effects of CO2, and to a lesser extent methane, whether using models or comparing levels of CO2 in the atmosphere in the past to temperature.
They almost universally do not factor in the other emissions from burning fuel, even though they are more potent, because they exist in much smaller quantities and they also do not persist for centuries as will CO2.
However, this leads them to discount two crucial problems.
1. The aerosols are blocking out the sun, reducing the amount of sunlight that reaches earth’s surface by significant amounts. If the aerosols weren’t there, climate change would already be much more accelerated than it currently is. If we stop polluting – either because it’s making people sick, or because industrial civilization collapses due to, say, peak oil, it will become very much hotter, very quickly. 2. The background level of tropospheric ozone is inexorably rising as volatile organic compounds are released from burning coal and oil. There is no paleoclimatic comparison for what this might mean, because there has never before been a significant amount of ozone at ground level. Unfortunately, it turns out that ozone is toxic, causing cancer, emphysema, asthma, allergies, diabetes and autism in humans. Worse still, it is even more poisonous to plants. Ozone interferes with the ability of vegetation to photosynthesize. NASA estimates annual crop yield reductions in the US in the billions of dollars. Every major crop around the globe is being stunted, from rice to wheat to cotton to soybeans. Think then of what the cumulative exposure does to longer-lived species like trees. They are dying at a rapidly accelerating rate. In addition, they are producing fewer nuts and seeds, which are of declining nutritive value. You’d expect with the root systems of vegetation shrinking there would be mudslides all over the world, and wild animals like birds wouldn’t have enough to eat and would be falling, dead, out of the skies…

You make a lot of sense. I went to a website today that did a great job of explaining this chemtrail thing. I am not sure I can agree with all of their suppositions but I did agree with some of their findings. I am not an emotional individual about government coverups. If someone exposes them, that's great. This thing about chemtrails is beginning to look a lot more like what I thought it might be in the beginning. Some yeas ago I read an article about our government trying to impede the heat from the sun. I thought it a joke at the time and most credible scientists said it would be a foolish thing to try. Now, after reading the article from the one website that actually got my attention I think this chemtrail thing might be those experiments manifested. If that is true then we are in for one bumpy ride soon to come to a theater near you.

The sky above my neck of the woods is known to the United States Air and Space Command as MOA "Yankee 1". MOA's (Military Operations Area) in NH are Yankee 1 + 2; with a Minimum Floor of "100AGL", and a Maximum Ceiling of "17,999MSL". The United States Air Force, and the Air National Guard from Several States, use this area to Practice combat. F-15's, F-16's, and A-10 Warthogs, fly practice runs periodically each month throughout the year. Because we are so remote, and have NO Commercial Air Traffic, the Jets are allowed to fly from as low as 100 feet from the ground, to as high as 18,000 feet. When they fly low, they are EXTREMELY LOUD!!!!! But it is NOT these Jets which leave the chem-trails.
The ONLY Time Large Jets fly over my area is when they are spraying, which is varied (several times a week to nothing for weeks)! They always approach from the north-east in a long strung out line. As they approach, you can see them go from leaving normal contrails, to suddenly leaving chem-trails. 3 to 5 Large Four engine, gray colored jets fly Extremly High up, and lay down patterns for hours on end, south to north, east to west, ect...; criss-crossing the sky. On Rare occasions they will fly over but leave only normal Contrails; but this is extremely rare!
I have no idea what it is they are spraying, but THEY ARE SPRAYING SOMETNING!!!

This news came out of the UN Climate Meeting in Cancum Mexico last November.
That's really stretching credulity, especially when there is absolutely no reason to postulate a secret conspiracy, when each and every one of us, certainly in America, is openly and obviously spewing lethal chemicals into the air every day!
It strikes me that some folks are more comfortable blaming amorphous demonic cabals when they notice the degradation of the ecosystem, rather than the lifestyle of cheap, plentiful, and polluting energy that we have all become accustomed to and expect to continue indefinitely without consequences.
Just google the deaths of plants and animals being blamed on the Gulf oil spill - even though a large percentage is geographically removed and even precedes the spill. Not that it wasn't toxic. My point is, that people would prefer to blame corporate malfeasance than their own desire to obtain power by burning cheap dirty sources of energy, which risks their comfortable lifestyle.
They spray water vapour,-harmless but causes fear and paranoia when it becomes excessive, vibrational frequency of the mind, when level of fear increases, is lowered.

We are getting massively sprayed here in the Boston area, and there is no conflating chemtrails with contrails....in fact, this distinction is indicative of disinformation.

Yellow journalism is alive and well and BIN's credibility is toast! Why did they allow this to be published. Have they no editorial integrity at all?
Keep in mind that if the author gets some good leads and stories from commentors that allows him to study the phenomenon more, then that is a good thing regardless of what the final conclusion is. There's a decent wealth of info in the few links that people have posted here which can only serve to broaden perspectives. All that would be needed to be asked is that we look at each topic as broadly as possible. The author made it clear he is willing to do that. Overall I disagree with the article but feel the discussion has been positive - especially from those who had something to provide for research sake.
