Services and Tools for Open Innovation
Innovation intermediaries like NineSigma are important for open innovation and I have been building a good relationship with them over the years. One outcome is NineSigma’s sponsorship of 15inno, which I really appreciate : – )
As you can see on their website, they have a range of interesting offerings, but in this post I would like to highlight two of them.
NineSigma recently launched the Collaborative Innovation Development Program in partnership with Caliper. They have come together to create the industry’s first innovation leadership development program for individuals and teams specially designed to help innovation leaders assess and develop a team’s performance.
Specifically, this program helps you:
• Build a high-performing innovation team
• Benchmark your teams against industry standards
• Create continuous improvement innovation training and development
• Improve collaborative innovation behavior, performance and adoption
The other service is an open innovation scorecard that helps companies measure their open innovation capabilities across 3 tiers; internal collaboration, existing network collaboration and global innovation community collaboration.
The survey only takes 5-7 minutes and it actually works quite well in giving you an overview of your capabilities.
Why not check out NineSigma and their offerings?
The object of this blog began as a display of a varied amount of writings, scribblings and rantings that can be easily analysed by technology today to present the users with a clearer picture of the state of their minds, based on tests run on their input and their uses of the technology we are advocating with www.projectbrainsaver.com
