Now two weeks since Tyler went missing
THIS weekend marks the two-week anniversary when teenager Tyler Gardner went missing after a night out in Burton.
The 18-year-old was captured on CCTV walking along High Street at 12.35am on February 26 while he was searching for a taxi back to his aunt’s in Horninglow.
Detectives are still short of clues to his whereabouts even though CCTV images were released of him earlier this week.
Last weekend, officers spoke to 1,500 revellers in the town centre as well as beaming an image of his face against a building in Station Street to try to jog people’s memories.
Staffordshire Police said there was no further update on the investigation.
Earlier this week police were still ‘open to the idea’ that he made it back to his home in Lichfield, but they did not know if he had left Burton or not.
Mr Gardner is described as white, 6ft tall and slim, with short blond hair.
He was wearing a blue and white checked long-sleeved shirt and dark jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call police by dialling 101 and quoting incident number 374 of February 26.
