Employers who want to know more about applicants can simply turn to Facebook, claims a study. A study finds Facebook profiles can reveal most everything an employer might need to know about an applicant's personality.
The authors claim you can get to within 10 percent of a person's personality test score by looking at Facebook. The research did not include status updates and other information that is only available to people's online friends.
