THOUGH the sky over the Gold Coast is clearer this morning, roads continue to be affected by localised flooding and landslips.
At Advancetown the Gold Coast-Springbrook Road remains closed between Belmont Park Drive and Pine Creek Road due to flooding. The Austinville Road turn off is also closed.
One lane of the Canungra-Beaudesert Road has been closed after a landslip this morning, as is Beechmont Road, Beechmont, which is closed between Bottletree Lane and 2km from Nerang-Murwillumbah Road intersection.
An alternative route through Beechmont at Sharps Park has reopened.
There is water over Clagiraba Road, Clagiraba, near Nerang-Beaudesert Rd.
Beaudesert-Nerang Road is closed at Tabragalba and Boylan, where water has gone over the road.
Tamborine Mountain's Henri Robert Drive has had a landslip but still open, as is the M1 south of the Tugun Bypass, where one lane remains closed.
Tamborine-Oxenford Road, Wongawallan, is closed due to localised flooding.
